Please note that this apartment is for rental to families and couples only — strictly no groups of all male or all female parties are permitted to book. The apartment can accommodate 4 adults or a family of 5.

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis subject to availability (check the Availability page to see if the apartment is available to rent) and booking conditions do apply. The quoted price is for the apartment rental—not per person. There is no under-occupancy charges. There is also air conditioning supplied free of charge. The room will be cleaned and prepared for all parties on the day of their arrival, with clean linen and towels supplied as well. Any additional linen & towel changes can be requested at the complex reception for a small fee. The customer is responsible for this additional charge.

You the customer will be responsible for booking and paying for your own flights and transfer fees. The nearest airport is Bourgas, which is 35 km from Sunny Beach, and takes approximately 25 minutes transfer time. There is also flights available from many UK Airports to Varna Airport. This is approximately 90 minutes transfer time to sunny beach. We can not be held liable for any missed or cancelled flights. For help with some of the flight websites please visit the links page. Transfers from Bourgas Airport for a family of 5 to Sunny Beach is around 70 Lev (£22) each way.

Should you wish to book, first check availability, then email us at bookings@summertime-holidays.com to confirm availability and price. 40 % deposit will then be required within 14 days of booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 28 days before travel. The deposit is non refundable, and cancellation of booking within 28 days of the holiday will result in full price being charged.
