The luxury caravan accommodation that we have to offer you is a 2007 model ABI Sunrise, measuring 37 ft x 12 ft. this caravan is brand new for the 2007 season, and offers 3 bedrooms, a shower room, kitchen facilities, dining area and living room area. The living room area contains spacious comfortable seating to sit 8 adults comfortably. One of the sofas pulls out into a double bed. There is also ample under-sofa storage. You will also find a television with free view box  for your use. The kitchen area has a rap-around style kitchen layout, with a fridge, large cooker and a microwave oven. There are plenty storage cupboards available for food and utensil storage. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space and storage space, with a further two bedrooms that both contain twin single beds and storage space. The single beds can be pushed together to make double beds if required. The caravan is conveniently located in a quiet area of the park, on grass landscaped corner plot, with a small lake to the rear of it. During spring and summer it is common to find ducks and swans located in the lake, which can be found as a wonderful addition to the peaceful and relaxing environment. There is ample parking space for 2—3 vehicles. At the rear of the caravan there is a grassed area overlooking the lake that is suitable for using a barbeque.
