There is unspoilt beauty to be found on the many nature walks along the cheviot hills or the rivers of the county, or plenty sun sand & sea if you choose to visit one of the many beaches that stretch along the north sea coastline. Bamburgh Beach has previously been named as the best beach in Britain, and Northumberland is listed in the top ten holiday destinations in Britain.
